Brian Ambrosius, HID
Hearing Instrument Dispenser
I am a third generation Hearing Instrument Dispenser who graduated from Ripon College in 2010 and I have been helping people hear better since 2014. I married my wife in 2016, and we enjoy going for walks with our dogs, looking at Christmas lights, and hanging out with our families.
The best part of working at SoundPoint Audiology is changing people’s lives. It is truly amazing when you help people hear things they haven’t heard in years, and even decades in some cases! I love hearing stories about people being able to communicate with their grandchildren in a way they haven’t before or not having their spouse repeat anymore. I can’t wait to help you hear better!
Patient Services Coordinator
Haley was born in a small town in Minnesota. She received her undergraduate degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Minnesota State University- Mankato. Haley’s desire to helping others grew and led her to Starkey HearCare in 2017. What Haley loves most about the hearing industry is the impactful and life-changing gift of standing alongside her patients in the journey to better hearing.
Haley fervently believes that hearing is one of the most important factors in living your best life, and she will do whatever it takes for you to live it.
Outside of the hearing industry, Haley is a wife and mother and enjoys creating memories with her family, which includes baking, trying new foods, traveling, and nature explorations.

I bought my aids over a year and a half ago and was not adjusting well. Recently returned for a check up and a number of adjustments were made, plus some very good advice on how to adjust to them. I'm grateful.Elizabeth Rosenbloom, on Google
I was there yesterday after my darling kitty, Pearl, ate the tip off my aid! Service was quick and solved my problem! You are both very professional, helpful and kind. You get a 5 star from me! I'm so glad I found your office (from your TV ad). Thanks!kari arnold, on Google
I bought my aids five years ago from Sound Point Audiology and have dealt with three different audiologists numerous times for cleaning, adjustment, etc. Always the same courteous receptionist to make an appt., and a friendly welcome from the audiologist, the latest, Dr. Christina Tobin. Never any pressure to buy...Leland Eyres, on Google
